Senior Product Designer (Dil Mil)

Main Tasks

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research
• Evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation
• Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
• Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives
• Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
• Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes
• Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional
• Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
• Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions
• Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
• Familiarity with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative
• Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
• Self-starter: thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
