Main Tasks
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research
- Evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
- Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives
- Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
- Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes
- Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
UI/UX Design, Interaction Design
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma
Visual Design
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces
- Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience
We Expect From You
- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
- Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions
- Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
- Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
- Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
