Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
• Design and develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems, including design patterns, UI components, and style guides
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
• Continuously optimize and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative design culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, preferably in the software or technology industry
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Excellent visual design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry
