Senior Product Designer - Core Products

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products.
• AI-native design -- integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squads.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
• Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards.
• Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback.
• Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs.
• Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience.
• B2B SaaS experience is required (please do not apply if you are missing this experience).
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process and building/scaling a design system that unifies experience across a multi-product platform to enable squads to effectively execute.
• Experience designing complex workflows or operations-focused software.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and remain effective in evolving environments.
