The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Clinical Experience team and contribute to shaping the future of our provider application (EMR).

Primary Responsibilities

• Work strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the provider application (EMR) and experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design work.
• Lead and conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered solutions.
• Work within and contribute to our Design System.
• Advocate for design by sharing work and presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership.
• Be able to articulate design decisions and goals.
• Inspire the team and stakeholders by bringing innovative ideas to the table and defining next-generation user interfaces.
• Help lead innovation across the company by driving the adoption of user-centered processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in consumer product design, working in an agile environment.
• Previous experience designing AI tools and recommendation experiences.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and visual design.
• Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, gen-AI, etc.).
• Excellent visual design craft.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience working in healthcare or designing solutions for doctors and medical professionals.
