About the role
As a Senior Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating innovative user experiences that drive product success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop and refine products that meet user needs and exceed expectations.Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new features and products, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Create detailed design documentation and prototypes to communicate design decisions and ideas effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to launch.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other relevant software.
- Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing.
- Experience with design systems and components.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI).
- Experience with prototyping and interactive design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
