Senior Product Designer - CEG(Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking-related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. This team is unique within Agoda, as it directly interacts with customers, reflecting our commitment to delivering excellent service and continually improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
• Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
• Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
• Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
• Think and write about your process and detailing your decisions
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
• Be a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred

Qualifications

• Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions
• Expressing feedback with kindness and candor
• Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity
• Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions

Skills

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with user research methods
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
