Senior Product Designer

About the role

The Senior Product Designer at YouVersion is responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for digital products that enhance the Bible reading experience. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality user interfaces for digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX researchers.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies relevant to digital product development.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product design.
• Ensure designs are accessible and adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in digital product design.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in user research methods and techniques.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of mobile app design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.

$70,000 - $90,000 annually.
