About this role

Companies in the Yara Network are hiring senior and staff product designers: people who already own a product surface, not people still assembling a first case study. Most hiring tools judge designers on resumes. We judge on work. Your Yara profile shows the craft, and companies respond to that.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with end-to-end ownership, or less with a portfolio that already reads senior
• Figma fluency and at least two deep case studies with a real outcome
• Dense product UI: dashboards, B2B workflows, or AI products
• Design systems you have owned or materially evolved
• Any code fluency (React, prototyping) instantly widens your matches
