Senior Product Designer

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing innovative user experiences that enhance our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop and refine designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new features and products from concept to launch
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives
• Create detailed design documentation and prototypes to communicate design decisions and concepts
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design
• Proven ability to lead design projects from conception to launch
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with design systems and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
