We're looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to shape how developers plan, run, and debug tests with AI.
About the role
As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end experiences across TestSprite's Web Portal, MCP Plugin, and CLI, from the first test a developer generates to the moment they debug a failure. Our product is built on complex, data-heavy workflows: test plans, execution runs, logs, results, and failure analysis at scale. You'll turn that complexity into experiences that feel clear, fast, and trustworthy. You'll work closely with the design lead, engineering, and product, and your work will ship quickly and often.
Responsibilities
- Own feature areas end to end, from problem framing to design, shipping, and iteration, working closely with product, engineering, and AI teams.
- Understand the technical architecture of our agent and testing infrastructure, and turn complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, usable experiences.
- Design cohesive experiences across our Web Portal, MCP Plugin, and CLI.
- Own and evolve TestSprite's design system, improving quality and consistency across the product.
