About Studyfetch StudyFetch is a technology company building AI-native learning products: StudyFetch for students and Honen for workforce training. Together, they connect education with real-world readiness across every stage of learning. About The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who builds as fluently as they design, someone who moves between Figma and code, uses AI to scale craft rather than shortcut it, and sets the bar for polish across a platform millions of students rely on. You'll own end-to-end design of core product, onboarding, and paywall flows which drive measurable growth and engagement, partnering closely with Product, Growth, GTM and Engineering not as a handoff, but as a peer in the room when things get built. Just as important, you'll pioneer new AI-driven workflows across product, design, and marketing, then help the rest of the team adopt what works. Key Responsibilities Design and build: move fluidly between Figma and code, prototyping in React/HTML when that's faster than a static mockup, and shipping production-quality UI yourself when it mattersSet the bar for craft: sweat the details others miss, including polish, spacing, motion, copy, and edge cases, and hold that bar even when speed is temptingUse AI as a design and craft multiplier, not a shortcut: generate variants and scale design components and collateral with AI tooling while keeping the same level of polish and detail across every surface it touchesOwn the design system as a living, code-backed set of components, not just a Figma library, so consistency holds up as the product and team scaleFind and pioneer new AI-driven workflows across product, design, and marketing, then bring the rest of the team onto them once they workPartner with Engineering as a peer who can read and write enough code to have the implementation conversation directly, not just hand off specsPrototype fast, in low fidelity or high fidelity, whichever gets a decision made quicker What We’re Looking For 5-8 years as a Product Designer or equivalent, with real fluency across both Figma and code, not just handoff-ready mockupsA portfolio that shows end-to-end craft: flows, interactions, and UI polished enough to ship, plus at least one example of using AI to scale a design system or workflow (not just generate assets)Proficiency in Figma plus comfort prototyping in code (React/HTML) when it's faster than a static mockupExperience building and maintaining a design system as a living, scalable set of components, ideally code-backed, not just a Figma libraryA track record of finding or adopting new AI-driven workflows and getting a team to actually use them, not just personal productivity hacksExcellent collaboration with Product and Engineering as a peer in the implementation conversation, in an agile environmentObsessive attention to detail and polish, with the judgment to know when speed matters more and when it doesn'tSomeone that wants to make a large impact through craft and design. Bonus: experience in edtech or subscription-based products What We Offer $150,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Equity100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance75% dependent coverageClassPass Wellness StipendA high-growth, mission-driven team focused on transforming how students learn
