Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular process reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
