Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular process reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Pay
Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
