Senior Product Designer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for e-commerce experiences with a focus on quality and impact
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to translate insights into digital experiences
• Manage the design process from concepts through to high-fidelity UI
• Contribute to evolving design systems for consistency across brands
• Maintain design system standards and Figma libraries for cohesion
• Provide strategic design insights to enhance user experience and conversion
• Mentor junior designers to maintain high standards and support growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in eCommerce platforms
• Strong portfolio highlighting design processes and visual skills
• Excellent grasp of design fundamentals like typography and visual hierarchy
• Proven delivery of product design solutions that balance user and business needs
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for user flows and interactive prototypes
• Experience in data-informed environments with A/B testing and experimentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
