Senior Product Designer

About the role

Intryc is the most complete Quality and Training platform for world-class CX teams. Companies like Deel.com, Blueground, Preply, Factorial and more use Intryc to elevate customer experience with AI-powered QA, insights, and agent training. Customers spend millions of dollars running QA for their support in manual processes and legacy systems. Our mission is to make QA the brain of operations for every customer support team and change it from a cost center to a revenue growth engine.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the founders to define and prioritize the roadmap, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work directly with users and translate their needs into tangible user flows and actionable product decisions, directly impacting product direction.
• Create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals for your features and improvements.
• Lead end-to-end product design projects and work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Help evolve our brand and visuals and implement across our product interface and website for marketing, new launches, and fun experiments.

Requirements

• Motivated to move fast, have a strong bias for action and don’t shy away from stepping on toes.
• Excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup).
• Remote but value presence and face-time so we make sure to use our online channels to communicate often.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management.
• Coding experience or familiarity with TypeScript (nice to have).
