Senior Product Designer

Position Overview

Developios is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our SaaS and web app builds. You'll own the design process end to end, from research and strategy through high-fidelity Figma and design-system thinking. Expect cross-functional work with engineers, product leads, and founders on real launches that ship.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing SaaS products, web apps, or complex digital experiences.
• Fluent in Figma. Comfortable with design systems, components, and variants.
• Strong portfolio of shipped products (not just concepts).
• UX research literacy. Comfortable running user interviews and translating findings.
• Engineering-aware. You design with edge cases, real states, and dev handoff in mind.
• Clear communicator. Can present design rationale to non-designers without jargon.
• Bonus: experience with AI tools (v0, Cursor, Figma AI) as part of your design workflow.
• Bonus: experience designing for Webflow, Next.js, or Shopify environments.
