Senior Product Designer

About the role
Own end-to-end product design across creator-facing and customer-facing experiences, from onboarding to monetization, payouts, and growth features. Design intuitive, high-conversion interfaces that balance power-user functionality with simplicity for first-time creators. Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define product direction in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment. Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear user flows, interaction patterns, and polished, production-ready UI. Create and evolve scalable design systems that support rapid experimentation without sacrificing quality or consistency. Drive improvements across checkout, subscriptions, analytics, and creator tooling to increase activation, retention, and revenue. Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to iterate quickly and make informed design decisions. Act as a strong individual contributor with ownership over large product areas and visible business impact.
