Senior Product Designer

What We Do

We're looking for a designer who works similarly to Bruno Munari. Our materials include a 4,000-year-old system of astrology, planetary data from NASA, and a corpus written by astrologers and poets. We aim to make astrology accessible and shareable, creating products that feel both unexpected and inevitable.

Our Role

The Senior Product Designer will:

• Owning major product surfaces end-to-end: concept, flows, interaction, visual polish, ship
• Create interaction paradigms for new things, making them legible and fun
• Use research, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback to understand needs and product improvements
• Prototype constantly using Figma, code, and tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and v0
• Work closely with engineering and research to refine interactions, iterate, and ship high-quality work

Who We Are Looking For

• Someone who has spent the last decade designing software people love to use
• Able to move between interaction design, visual design, and product thinking
• Comfortable working closely with engineers
• Ready to iterate and refine ideas through many rounds of iteration
• Willing to prototype rather than make presentations
• Places a higher value on work quality over ego

Logistics

This role is full-time, hybrid, based in either San Francisco or New York. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $285,000 plus benefits. A portfolio is required for consideration.
