Location: Remote PST - ideally located in Seattle, WA or Denver, CO Duration: ongoing What You'll Be Doing Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and deliver seamless, human-centered digital experiences across app and web. This role calls for a highly capable designer who blends strong UX and systems thinking with refined UI craft — someone skilled at shaping flows and interaction models, while delivering polished, visually compelling interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Key Responsibilities Design Execution & Craft Own end-to-end design for key product flows, from discovery through delivery, with minimal oversightTranslate complex, ambiguous requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiencesCreate high-quality deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs) ready for implementationApply strong visual and interaction design skills to deliver polished, scalable solutionsEnsure alignment with design systems, accessibility standards, and established frameworksMaintain a high bar for craft, proactively improving quality and consistency across your work Product Thinking & Strategy Cross Functional partnership to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize workContribute to UX strategy and roadmap alignment within your product areaUse data and research to inform decisions and validate solutionsBalance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsIdentify risks and opportunities, proactively mitigating or escalating as neededBring forward informed recommendations to influence product direction Collaboration & Communication Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive experiencesClearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levelsFacilitate alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user storiesPartner with Engineering early to understand constraints and ensure quality implementationWork with Product and Project Management to plan and deliver successful outcomesContribute to critiques, reviews, and product demos Team Contribution & Influence Contribute to team culture and help evolve practices, workflows, and standardsAdvocate for user-centered design across your team and partnersPresent work, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadershipMentor and support junior designers What We Are Looking For Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fieldStrong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and library usageExperience working within and contributing to established design systemsExperience designing enterprise or transactional systems (e.g., complex workflows, internal tools)Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped outcomesExperience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver solutionsAbility to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered experiencesStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders at various levelsAbility to navigate ambiguity in complex environments with a solution-oriented mindsetStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to take ownership of work and operate with increasing autonomy $123,000 - $138,000 a year DOE Blink is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status or disability.
