What you will do

• Owning real problems end to end
• Taking an ambiguous need, framing it, and shipping the experience that makes value land in the first few moments
• Designing for intelligence
• Shaping how AI manages and surfaces complex data
• Building an experience that lets a person grasp dense financial and legal information in seconds
• Making the hard things feel simple

Who you are

• Have designed AI-native products
• Comfortable taking something complex and making it feel simple
• As comfortable starting from a blank page and shaping a 0-to-1 experience out of ambiguity
• Treats AI as a design material, not a feature
• Curious about how models behave and prototypes with real intelligence
• Owns problems from framing through shipped detail
• Understands the strategy, the metrics, and the roadmap
• Shows more than tells
• Prototypes fluently in modern AI-assisted design tools
• Raises the standard of everyone around you and gives feedback that is direct, kind, and useful
• Excited by vague, unproven ideas
• Collaborates closely with our AI and engineering teams

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated, high-trust domain such as finance, wealth, or healthcare
• Experience with complex, data-heavy products where the interface does the hard thinking for the user
• Fluency with design systems
