Senior Product Designer, AI
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse content:
- Intro about MaintainX etc. Could be "About the role" maybe? Actually the posting includes description of role: "We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft...". That's about the role. Could be "About the role" heading.
- Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". That's responsibilities.
- Requirements/Qualifications: "About You" bullet list (6+ years experience, AI-powered features, visual design, systems thinker, communication, English). Could be "Qualifications" or "Requirements". We'll choose "Qualifications".
- Skills: maybe not separate; but we could include "Skills" if there are specific skills listed: natural language interfaces, agents, predictive insights, typography, spacing, color, layout, motion, systems thinking, communication, storytelling, expert English. Could be under Skills.
- Benefits: posting mentions "Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part... Benefits differ by country... For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com." Not specific benefits listed. So we should NOT create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed (just reference). The rule: never create Benefits unless posting actually states them. So skip.
- Pay: posting includes "Compensation Range: $130K - $230K". That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that range.
- Schedule: not mentioned. Skip.
- Also maybe "About the company" but not needed.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
About the role
MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours. We're growing fast and hiring the Design talent to match. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to shape MaintainX’s AI-first product experience. You’ll lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools for frontline workers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile — from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
- Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simpler and smarter without adding complexity.
- Translate ambiguous, fast-moving AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions in close partnership with product and engineering.
- Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft.
- Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality across the product lifecycle.
- Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your work and push the quality ceiling of your output.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights for real users solving real problems.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
- A systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
- An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to work across multiple teams and present work to executive stakeholders.
Skills
- Natural language interfaces
- AI agents
- Predictive insights
- Typography, spacing, color, layout, motion
- Systems thinking
- Communication and storytelling
- Expert English (spoken and written)
Pay
Compensation Range: $130K - $230K
We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Check if any content duplicated: we included intro paragraph that includes a lot of company description; that's okay. We omitted "Our mission is to keep the physical world running..." etc. That's substantive; should we include? It's after "Compensation and benefits." Actually after "Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build." That's substantive; we should include it somewhere, maybe in About the role paragraph or a separate section like "About the company". But we only have headings list; we could add to About the role paragraph. Let's append that to the About the role paragraph. Also "Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging." That's also substantive but maybe boilerplate? It's about culture; could be included. However it's more like a generic statement; but it's still substantive. The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include it. Where? Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the company". Since we don't have a heading for that, we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. Also "More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk." That's also substantive; we could include. Thus we need to incorporate all those paragraphs into About the role section. Let's gather all substantive paragraphs after the intro: - "MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform..." (first paragraph) - "In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk..." (second) - "Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate..." (third) - "We're growing fast and hiring the Design talent to match. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer..." (fourth) - "Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build." (fifth) - "Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it." (sixth) This includes compensation details but we already have Pay range; we could keep some of this in Pay section? But we should not invent details; we can include this paragraph in Pay or Benefits? Since we are not creating Benefits section due to lack of specific benefits, we could still include this paragraph in Pay section as it mentions compensation details. However the rule: never create Pay unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation range and mentions base pay, commission, bonus, equity. So we can include that in Pay section. We'll include the compensation details paragraph in Pay section, plus the range. - "Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging." (seventh) Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section like "Culture". But we don't have a heading for culture; we could add to About the role. - "More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk." (eighth) Could be added to About the role. Thus we need to ensure we include all these. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) maybe multipletags. It's okay to have multiple paragraphs under same heading. We'll produce:
