Senior Product Designer, Admin Experiences (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design a cohesive end-to-end admin experience across various products
• Collaborate with product and operations to frame design work around business outcomes instead of just feature requests
• Set the project roadmap by aligning it with user and business needs
• Conduct user research by engaging with teams to understand procurement and program administration processes
• Create designs that cater for multiple user personas, ensuring clear transitions between roles
• Enhance design quality through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while promoting a consistent design system
• Leverage data and experimentation to inform design iterations and improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or similar roles with a strong visual design foundation
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-step user journeys, particularly in admin tools or dashboards
• Experience in driving product direction based on user needs and measurable business outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills with non-technical teams such as Sales and Support
• Expertise in using Figma and other design and prototyping tools effectively
• Demonstrated experience contributing to and utilizing a design system
• A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving in multi-stakeholder environments

Pay

$146,000 – $187,000 annually
