Senior Product Application Specialist
About the role
This position serves as the primary technical liaison for technical, quality, or regulatory issues for customers within their designated territory and the North American region. They provide technical support for the North America product portfolio, new product implementations, internal and external training, and customer seminars. They identify business opportunities and communicate with the Account Manager and Sales team to execute business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Addresses issues and communicates with appropriate departments (Quality, Regulatory, R&R, Manufacturing, North America Marketing teams).
- Communicates success, best practices, and techniques of tactile execution programs to Product Applications, Marketing, Business, and Sales teams.
- Maintain proficiency and technical knowledge of Haemonetics’ existing product portfolio as well as competitive products.
- Participate in the implementation of strategies developed by North American Haemostasis Management Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product utilization and drive increased revenue.
- Provide technical, quality, and regulatory support for the North American Haemostasis Management product portfolio for the customers within their territories.
- Provide training to both internal and external customers (as needed).
- Lead or input to new product implementations.
- Ensure feedback from customers is timely and identifies technical or product needs or opportunities to increase sales.
Requirements
- 3-5 years working experience
- Bilingual English/French highly desired
- Remote based with ability to travel domestically 50% of the time
- Valid US Passport and ability to travel occasionally to Canada
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or other technical discipline desired
- People person with excellent presentation and communication skills required
- Experience in customer product integration and training desired

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $78,400.00 - $133,400.00/Annual. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
