Job Summary Our client, a leading media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst – Supply Chain to join their team. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain, partnering closely with business, technology, development, implementation, and support teams to define product strategies, identify business needs, and deliver new capabilities and enhancements. Contract DetailsContract Type: ContractContract Duration: 18 monthsWork Location: Lake Buena Vista, FLWork Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders and technology teams across multiple lines of businessServe as a Supply Chain subject matter expert and liaison between business, development, implementation, support, and vendor teamsDevelop and maintain product roadmaps, business cases, prioritized backlogs, and feature requirements aligned with strategic business objectivesLead complex business and technical analysis, translating business needs into technical specifications, data mappings, user stories, and actionable requirementsManage Warehouse Management System configurations and partner with business teams to adjust configurations as business needs evolveLead stakeholder engagement, requirements management, prioritization, and roadmap alignment throughout the project lifecycleManage relationships with vendors supporting Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) productsParticipate in functional design, system construction, testing, implementation, and release activitiesIdentify product and process improvement opportunities through product sustainment, customer feedback, and ongoing analysisIdentify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and requirements traceabilityReview and provide sign-off on solution designs to confirm business requirements are accurately addressedMentor team members on best practices, standards, and effective product and business analysis practices Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a similar roleTechnical product knowledge and experience within Warehouse Management or Supply ChainExperience leading discussions with senior leaders across business and technology teamsExperience driving product strategy and optimization efforts across Supply Chain and multiple lines of businessExperience with system configuration and translating business needs into system requirementsUnderstanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts such as CI/CD and TDDDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex, critical business and technical issuesStrong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS)Experience implementing large-scale systemsExperience troubleshooting Blue Yonder WMS environmentsExperience testing Warehouse Management SystemsExperience working with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and SaaS productsExperience managing third-party vendors and technology partnersExperience supporting business, technical, and financial feasibility assessments Key Competencies & BehaviorsStrategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into product strategies and actionable plansStakeholder Management: Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior business and technology stakeholdersProblem Solving: Able to identify complex issues, determine root causes, and drive effective solutionsCollaboration: Comfortable working across a matrix organization while balancing independent and team-based workOwnership & Initiative: Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and initiatives from planning through delivery Work EnvironmentLocation: Lake Buena Vista, FLOnsite, Hybrid or Remote: Onsite 4 days per weekContract Duration: 18 months Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
