Overview

Tomorrow is partnering with an independent creative agency delivering an ongoing experiential programme for a premium global automotive brand in Los Angeles. They are looking for a Senior Producer to lead the end-to-end production of culturally relevant activations spanning fashion, entertainment, art and lifestyle. The programme includes a major monthly activation, typically with budgets of $300,000-$500,000, alongside several smaller events and brand moments. Reporting to the Executive Producer, this is a senior, hands-on production role with responsibility for budgets, timelines, vendors, contracts and on-site delivery. You will translate ambitious creative concepts into practical production plans, act as the primary day-to-day production contact for the client and guide Producers and Coordinators across assigned workstreams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end production of complex experiential programmes, from initial planning through to live execution and reconciliation.
  • Translate creative concepts into detailed scopes, schedules, staffing plans and production strategies.
  • Oversee a major monthly activation alongside multiple smaller events and programming moments.
  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets, maintaining accurate forecasts and protecting project margins.
  • Ensure every programme is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative and production standards.
  • Identify production risks early and implement proactive, practical solutions.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day production contact for the client across assigned programmes.
  • Present production plans, schedules, budgets and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Partner closely with Account, Creative and external production teams to align delivery with the wider strategic and creative vision.
  • Source, negotiate with and manage vendors, fabricators and specialist production partners.
  • Oversee contracts, scopes of work and deliverables, ensuring alignment across budget, timing and quality expectations.
  • Act as the senior on-site production lead during builds, installations, activations and live events.
  • Manage and mentor Producers and Coordinators, delegating effectively while retaining accountability for overall delivery.
  • Lead post-event reconciliations, debriefs and financial reporting.
  • Document key learnings and implement process improvements in partnership with the Executive Producer.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful working culture across internal teams, clients and production partners.

What You'll Bring

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience within experiential marketing, live events, brand experience or integrated production.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex or multi-market experiential programmes.
  • Strong end-to-end production knowledge, spanning pre-production, fabrication, installation, live delivery and reconciliation.
  • Experience delivering culturally relevant activations across fashion, entertainment, art, automotive or lifestyle.
  • Excellent budget management, cost tracking and forecasting capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of commercial accountability, including margin protection and financial reconciliation.
  • Established vendor and fabrication management experience, including sourcing, negotiation and contracting.
  • The confidence to act as a senior client-facing production lead and communicate plans, challenges and solutions clearly.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with Account and Creative departments.
  • The ability to translate ambitious creative ideas into feasible, detailed and executable production plans.
  • Strong operational judgement and the ability to identify and resolve risks before they affect delivery.
  • Experience managing and mentoring mid-level and junior production team members.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to lead teams under pressure.
  • The flexibility to work on-site across Los Angeles for builds, installations and live events.
  • The ability to balance strategic direction from senior leadership with hands-on ownership of day-to-day execution.
