Senior Producer Brand Storytelling - Boston

Empower · Boston, MA · 1 mo ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Vision paragraph: about company, flexible work environment, internal mobility, purpose, well-being, work-life balance, inclusive environment, volunteering, chart your own path, grow career while helping customers achieve financial freedom. Empower Yourself. This is like an "About the role" or "About the company". Could be placed under "About the role" heading. - Then description of Senior Producer, Brand Storytelling responsibilities: "The Senior Producer, Brand Storytelling is responsible for developing and producing compelling editorial content..." This is role description. Could be part of "About the role" or "Responsibilities". We need to decide. - Then "What You Will Do" bullet list (actually paragraphs with many responsibilities). That's clearly responsibilities. - Then "What You Will Bring" bullet list (qualifications, requirements). That's qualifications/requirements/skills. - Then "Work Environment & Disclaimer" includes disclaimer about job description not exhaustive, etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove disclaimer lines (like "This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list..." etc). Also "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor..." That's also boilerplate (visa sponsorship). Should be removed. - Then "What We Offer You" benefits list: medical, dental, vision, life insurance; retirement savings; tuition reimbursement; business-casual environment; generous PTO; paid volunteer time; leave of absence programs; Business Resource Groups. That's benefits. - Then "Base Salary Range $105,700.00 - $149,275.00" plus note about bonus program. That's Pay. - Then "Equal opportunity employer Drug-free workplace" etc. That's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Then remote/hybrid requirement about internet etc. That's maybe schedule? Actually it's about work environment; could be part of Work Environment but we removed disclaimer. However we might keep a short note about remote/hybrid requirements? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The remote/hybrid requirement is not exactly legal/EEO but it's about work arrangement. Might be considered part of Work Environment or Schedule? It's about remote/hybrid requirement: reliable high-speed internet, etc. Could be considered part of Work Environment. But we removed the "Work Environment & Disclaimer" heading because it contained disclaimer. However we could keep a subsection about Work Environment (maybe not as heading) but we need to use headings only for sections we include. If we keep a Work Environment section, we need to have substantive content. The remote/hybrid requirement is substantive. So we could include a "Work Environment" section (though not in the list of allowed headings? The list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. Work Environment is not in the list but we could still use

for any section heading? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should likely stick to those headings. However we could also use other headings if needed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We may not need all. We have content for About the role (company vision + role overview). Responsibilities (What You Will Do). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You Will Bring). Benefits (What We Offer You). Pay (Base Salary Range). Schedule? Not explicitly given; there is no mention of schedule (full-time, part-time, hours). There's mention of flexible work environment, fluid career paths, but not specific schedule. So we should not create a Schedule section because no specific content. We also have maybe "Work Environment" content but we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? The flexible work environment etc could go under About the role. Thus we will produce:
