Job Description

• Support the Superintendent with daily site operations and coordination
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Track progress and report updates to project leadership
• Maintain site safety standards and documentation (OSHA compliance)

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of construction field experience
• Strong background in interiors projects; ground-up exposure a plus
• Familiarity with school or education projects preferred
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to travel across Dade and Broward counties
