Senior Procurement Specialist - Agriculture Operations

Ingredients Required For Your Success

• Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain coursework or certification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing suppliers and delivering cost savings through sourcing strategies
• Project management experience with end-to-end execution
• Knowledge of market dynamics, cost drivers, and value analysis
• Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management
• Results-focused with strong business acumen
• Customer-focused and adaptable working style
• Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Familiarity with procurement systems and material planning concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Physical Requirements

• This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment

Pay

Annual Base Salary: $82,000.00 - $95,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.

Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
