Senior Procurement Analyst

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
• Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions, special clauses, and agreements.
• Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
• Communicates strategic initiatives, projects, or procurement activities.
• Leads cross‑functional process management activities.
• Leads self‑assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
• Leads efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high‑risk programs.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience with government proposals.
• 5+ years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts.

Typical Education/Experience

Typically 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Travel

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range

• Tukwila, WA: $118,150 – $145,950
• Oklahoma City, OK: $102,850 – $127,050

Schedule

1st shift.

Export Control Requirements

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
