About the role
We're seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Remote/Hybrid) in Life Sciences North America based in Boston MA, Cary NC, Cincinnati OH, Conshohocken PA, Indianapolis IN, San Francisco CA, Houston, TX, and Richmond, VA. This role involves working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, Fill/Finish, Monoclonal Antibody (MaB), Gene Therapy, and other biopharma facilities.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for process budget, schedule, and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
- Lead a Process team to establish process design basis, develop process options and optimizations of selected design, and calculate and organize data for process flow sheets.
- Develop P&IDs and process equipment specifications.
- Mentor junior team members to help your team discover what drives them, nurture their purpose, and guide them forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 10+ years of project experience working on the design of similar Life Science facilities, preferably in an EPCM environment.
- Working knowledge of current cGMP regulations and best practices.
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred, or desire to seek registration.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams, Bio/Pharma, EPCMV, Global Lifescience, Construction.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing processes for biopharmaceutical facilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cGMP compliance.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
