What You'll Do
- Lead continuous improvement and capital projects that improve safety, quality, yield, and operational performance.
- Analyze plant data and operational metrics to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause problem-solving initiatives.
- Partner with production, maintenance, R&D, and leadership teams to optimize operations.
- Serve as a technical expert, mentor, and coach for teams across the facility.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA), combustible dust compliance, and/or vapor hazard management within an industrial or food manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading process improvement and capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
- A hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems and making a measurable impact.
