About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recreational programs that enhance community engagement and environmental education.
- Manage and maintain recreational facilities and equipment to ensure they are safe and accessible.
- Collaborate with local communities to plan and organize events that promote outdoor recreation and conservation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to recreational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in outdoor recreation management or a closely related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience with land management and conservation practices.
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for outdoor recreation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
