Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recreational programs that enhance community engagement and environmental education.
• Manage and maintain recreational facilities and equipment to ensure they are safe and accessible.
• Collaborate with local communities to plan and organize events that promote outdoor recreation and conservation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to recreational activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in outdoor recreation management or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with land management and conservation practices.
• Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for outdoor recreation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
