Our client, a leader in the food chemicals manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Process Controls Engineer to join their team near Tulsa, OK.
About the role
This role focuses on process automation and control systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, working with DCS and PLC-based systems to optimize plant operations, reliability, and process performance. The position involves designing, programming, and maintaining control systems, troubleshooting automation issues, and supporting plant optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, and maintain control systems
- Troubleshoot automation issues
- Support plant optimization initiatives
- Develop and maintain HMIs
- Monitor plant process performance
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Emerson DeltaV DCS
- Exposure to Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience with DCS and PLC programming and maintenance
- Experience with industrial automation and process control systems
- Experience with HMI development and control system troubleshooting
- Experience with plant process optimization and performance monitoring
Experience with platforms such as Emerson DeltaV, Allen-Bradley PLCs, or PI Systems is highly valued.
Pay
Compensation is up to $120,000 plus a 10% bonus, along with relocation assistance.
