About the role

As a Private Banker, you will act as a trusted advisor, finding and recommending financial solutions to help high-net-worth clients grow, preserve, and protect their wealth. This role involves handling the largest, most profitable, and complex customer relationships within the department. You will deliver Brokerage, Investment Management, Trust, and Insurance products to high-net-worth clients and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Make and service commercial and individual loans involving significant amounts of secured and unsecured funds, including the most complex and highly visible credit.
• Identify new prospects and develop new business using business savvy and product/service knowledge.
• Determine client needs to enhance their private wealth strategy.
• Use financial acumen and analytical skills to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships in coordination with the Professional Services Group, including:
  • Note renewals
  • Detailed analysis of financial statements and collateral valuations
  • Credit and cash flow analysis
  • Delinquency reporting
  • Documenting exceptions
  • Covenant monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field of study.
• 8-10 years of directly related experience in credit/banking, or 14-16 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
