About the role
The Senior Private Wealth Advisor, Practice Lead serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for high net worth clients, focusing on retaining and growing their net assets through proactive and personalized financial advice. This role involves building lasting relationships with clients, providing a first-class client experience, and managing a dedicated book of clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client team, collaborating with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist
- Onboard and provide financial planning, investor education, and relationship management
- Retain and grow assets under management through communication, education, and responsiveness
- Represent the 'Personal Strategy' investment strategy, recommending, implementing, and reviewing investment strategies
- Offer holistic financial planning on various subjects including retirement, income optimization, tax-advantaged savings, and education planning
- Delegate, coach, train, and develop colleagues
- Travel to meet clients face-to-face
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years related work experience in financial services and client experience
- Previous experience with direct client contact and a knowledgeable, professional demeanor
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning
- Proven ability to navigate multiple client needs, deliver on multi-product goals, and analyze and present investment portfolios
- Demonstrated success with high-net-worth clients, net promoter score, and client retention
- FINRA Series 65 required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
