Senior Privacy Engineer

About the role

A Senior Privacy Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining privacy-enhancing technologies and practices. This includes working closely with product teams to understand their needs and ensuring that privacy considerations are integrated into all phases of development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement privacy-enhancing technologies and practices
• Work with product teams to ensure privacy considerations are integrated into all phases of development
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses
• Develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with emerging privacy trends and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with privacy engineering frameworks and methodologies
• Knowledge of relevant privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
