Senior Principal Technical Program Manager - Data Center Infrastructure Delivery

About the Role

Responsible for leading end-to-end data center infrastructure projects, including planning, design coordination, construction management, and vendor relationships. Ensures projects meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to optimize efficiency and operational excellence, managing risks and stakeholder communication throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for data center and network build initiatives.
• Oversee all project phases from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate design, construction, tenant fit-out, and LV integration activities.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and ongoing relationships to ensure project success.
• Monitor budgets, develop risk mitigation strategies, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct site visits to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
• Exceptional project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
