Responsibilities

• Deliver highly complex initiatives impacting Walt Disney company's success
• Stay connected to program details and nuances
• Solve complex technical problems and resolve conflicts
• Dive into technical architecture and understand decision impacts
• Arcillate complex technical architecture to stakeholders
• Define strategies and create executable roadmaps for programs

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing large-scale, strategic software development programs
• Ability to facilitate effective communication across teams
• Expertise in Agile or Waterfall methods (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Pioneered planning, delivery, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required; MBA preferred
