Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape and drive long-range technical program strategy across complex systems and cross-functional initiatives. The position calls for a seasoned program leader who can translate business objectives into executable technical plans while influencing engineering partners through deep systems understanding. You will own end-to-end execution, manage dependencies, and help ensure critical technical programs are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable business impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $195,714 – $307,850 annually Responsibilities Analyze business objectives and define long-term strategy and roadmap collaboratively Translate business needs into prioritized technical systems problems Create actionable plans for specific systems programs such as machine learning and performance optimization Influence engineering teams using technical knowledge of complex systems Manage the lifecycle of technical programs, including forecasting and budgeting Oversee complex dependencies and projects across the organization Qualifications 12+ years of experience as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager Strong strategic thinking to translate business objectives into technical programs Proven understanding of complex systems architecture Willingness to gain deep domain expertise Ability to grasp system flows, block architectures, and APIs without programming skills Experience managing end-to-end technical programs Exceptional leadership and communication skills Benefits Health and wellbeing resources Paid volunteer days Variety of perks to support family and community engagement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
