About the role

Develop RF/EW-based cyber systems for integrated battlespace applications and resilient cyber-physical systems.
Manage multifunction RF/EW sensor lifecycle transitions from digital simulations to sensor labs through platform integration, testing, and deployment.
Align IRAD technology investments with current customer mission needs.
Deliver expertise in RF design across multiple spectrum bands (LF, HF, VHF, UHF, L, S, C, and X bands)
Exploit emerging technologies in anti-jam GPS, anti-spoof algorithms, and RF signal interception/denial strategies
Communicate highly technical concepts and results effectively to internal teams, external customers, and stakeholders
Engage in field tests using specially modified platforms for real-world validation of sensors

Responsibilities

  • Develop RF/EW-based cyber systems for integrated battlespace applications and resilient cyber-physical systems
  • Manage multifunction RF/EW sensor lifecycle transitions from digital simulations to sensor labs through platform integration, testing, and deployment
  • Align IRAD technology investments with current customer mission needs
  • Deliver expertise in RF design across multiple spectrum bands (LF, HF, VHF, UHF, L, S, C, and X bands)
  • Exploit emerging technologies in anti-jam GPS, anti-spoof algorithms, and RF signal interception/denial strategies
  • Communicate highly technical concepts and results effectively to internal teams, external customers, and stakeholders
  • Engage in field tests using specially modified platforms for real-world validation of sensors
  • Collaborate with customers to refine requirements and ensure alignment with performance objectives across multiple missions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field (Advanced degrees highly preferred)
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including RF/EW system development, integration, testing and fielding
  • Extensive experience with Electronic Attack platforms and pods currently used by government customers
  • Experience developing and delivering technical architectures for military GPS, RF, navigation, timing, advanced EW systems, and cyber-enabled RF integration
  • Exceptional technical writing/presentation skills to convey highly technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field
  • Expertise in HW/SW Reverse Engineering, Binary Analysis, and disassemblers
  • Experience in fielding RF systems, alternative navigation technologies, or cooperative sensing systems
