About the role

The Senior Principal Hardware Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing and developing enterprise-class hardware products. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams within ISG to deliver cutting-edge technologies across multiple product lines. The position involves deep system-level expertise, from architecture and hardware design to data center environments, system configurations, supply chain operations, and field serviceability.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver enterprise-class hardware spanning cutting-edge technologies across multiple product lines
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within ISG
  • Gain deep system-level expertise through end-to-end engagement in product development
  • Work on architecture and hardware design
  • Engage in data center environments, system configurations, supply chain operations, and field serviceability

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading hardware engineering projects
  • Experience in designing and developing enterprise-class hardware products
  • Strong understanding of hardware design principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of various engineering disciplines relevant to hardware development
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing complex hardware projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering
  • Experience with analog and digital hardware design
  • Understanding of system-level hardware design and integration
  • Experience in data center environments and supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
