Responsibilities
- Own full ASIC lifecycle from architecture to RTM, ensuring quality and cost targets
- Drive program planning, budgeting, and risk management across all phases
- Lead cross-functional teams to align efforts and facilitate decision-making
- Build relationships with engineering leads and stakeholders for program success
- Resolve pre-silicon and post-silicon issues with strong technical judgment
- Communicate program status and risks to executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in ASIC product development in semiconductor industry
- Hands-on experience in ASIC development flows, including RTL, verification, or physical design
- 5+ years as an ASIC Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager
- Experience delivering ASICs in advanced process nodes (10nm or below)
- Proven ability to lead complex programs in a high-pressure, matrixed environment
- Strong program management skills and proficient in MS Project, Jira, and Atlassian tools
