indicating "Must have:" and "Preferred:". - Skills: Could be derived from qualifications like "Excellent communication and presentation skills", "Ability to work collaboratively", "Hands-on troubleshooting experience", "Experience with serial communications protocols". But we already have those in Qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to not create Skills if we already covered in Qualifications. But we could still include Skills if we want to separate. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we need to follow the allowed headings; we can omit Skills if not needed. - Benefits: The "What We Offer" list. - Pay: Salary range. - Schedule: Onsite work description. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, privacy policy, application instructions, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. Structure:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: location, position role type (Onsite) we included in Schedule. Also we might include location in About the role or a separate paragraph. Could add location info in About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate location: "Location: US-NC-WINSTON SALEM-961 ~ 961 Pinebrook Knolls Dr ~ PINEBROOK 961". Also Position Role Type: Onsite (we used in Schedule). Could also mention location in About the role. Add to About the role paragraph: "We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team within the Seating, Engineered Components group. This role is responsible for the development and sustainment of seating controls including power supplies, seat control actuators, and associated peripherals for business class and first-class seating configurations. This role supports all phases of the hardware development lifecycle—program pursuit, design requirements, controller design implementation, integration, verification, and factory transition for next generation seating controls. Location: US-NC-WINSTON SALEM-961 ~ 961 Pinebrook Knolls Dr ~ PINEBROOK 961. Position is Onsite." We also have company overview paragraphs about RTX and Collins Aerospace. That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role as additional context. We must preserve all substantive information; we should not omit the company overview. So include that in About the role paragraph(s). Could have multipleunder About the role. Thus:
