Senior Principal Consultant, Internal Consulting
About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently lead the delivery of large-scale, global programs and consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
- Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define solutions, and drive implementation.
- Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop business cases, future state designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Create compelling, executive-ready deliverables and presentations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Consulting practice.
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of management consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally in financial services (asset management preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-stakes programs with both business and technology components.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior executive level.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
