Senior Principal Consultant

Job Description

The Principal Lead will generate visibility, manage progress, and provide regular updates on status and effectiveness of organizational programs and objectives within Substation Asset Management (Electric Engineering).

The lead will engage and coordinate with internal teams and key external stakeholders to ensure success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required (engineering, business, accounting); Masters strongly preferred.
• Minimum nine years of experience in a client-oriented business consulting / professional services role, specifically related to business transformation or Portfolio, Project or Program Management (PPM) consulting.
• Strong visual management, dashboarding, data management experience.
• PMP strongly preferred.
• Proven experience and success in business development, generating strong visual management, dashboarding, facilitation, and data management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Process mapping, Re-Engineering, introducing, and implementing efficiencies, Resource Management, and an ability to manage complex projects and programs and drive them to successful completion.
• Staff management experience, including exceptional leadership skills with ability to build a team and develop the individuals on that team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
