Senior Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Works on complex business problems that impact enterprise-wide operations.
• Oversees development of BPI processes, methods, and technologies.
• Determines the optimal resource mix for effective delivery of enterprise-wide project priorities.
• Ensures projects achieve business, functional, and operational goals; while at the same time, honor constraints imposed by customers, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Works with business and functional leaders to identify high priority projects, advises on necessary resources, and ensures project decision-making is aligned with strategic and business objectives.
• Makes recommendations for process or operational changes based on business needs.
• Maintains and champions the mission, vision, values, and strategy of the organization.
• Identifies, consults with, and advises stakeholders on approach, methods, and implementation tactics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Pay

The wage range for this position is $127,337.00-$216,473.00 Annual, commensurate with experience.
