Senior Principal - Architecture

Overall 12 years of IT experience with Salesforce expertise; minimum 5 years in a lead architect role delivering Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design
• Conduct assessments of client Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements and roadmaps
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to gather and refine requirements
• Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and technical solution designs
• Review existing solutions and recommend optimization opportunities
• Guide technical teams on architecture standards, development best practices, and implementation strategy
• Lead architecture governance, integrations, security, and scalability initiatives
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution
