Senior Principal Accountant

Role: Serve as a senior CPA and technical accounting expert for North America consolidation and financial reporting, ensuring accurate application of IFRS and U.S. GAAP. Responsibilities: Research and interpret accounting guidance, evaluate complex contracts and business arrangements, lead implementation of new standards, develop technical materials for cross-functional teams, coordinate compliance and internal policies, and support financial close activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA, 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP, experience in complex arrangements, and ability to advise senior management. Skills: Excellent research, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; business acumen; ability to influence without authority.
