Senior Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities
- Review and validate cost and price proposal inputs for compliance with FAR, CAS, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements.
- Analyze solicitations and identify pricing requirements, assumptions, and risks.
- Collaborate with capture, proposal, contracts, finance, and program teams throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Conduct price-to-win, competitive analysis, and historical pricing reviews.
- Support pre-award discussions, negotiations, and pricing justifications.
- Develop pricing models, cost volumes, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements and audit readiness.
- Prepare and present pricing strategies and analyses to leadership.
- Support multiple concurrent proposals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in federal government pricing or cost analysis.
- Experience with FAR, CAS, and federal procurement regulations.
- Experience pricing multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and present pricing strategies and briefings.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GSA FSS/MAS pricing.
- Experience supporting large IDIQ or GWAC bids.
- Familiarity with pricing tools and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Pay
The general salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000.
