Senior Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, analysis, and pricing inputs for all Formica products in accordance with Formica margin expectations.
• Analyze volume, pricing, and margin trends to provide insights to guide the business.
• Work with business stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports for commercial performance measurement.
• Monitor data quality and resolve any issues in collaboration with data owners.
• Create pricing analysis and reports that condense complex topics into actionable information.
• Assess and analyze progress towards organizational volume and profitability goals.
• Lead large pricing strategic initiatives and associated modeling to drive profitable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics or similar field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in a pricing analyst or similar role type.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably QlikSense.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.
• Ability to understand complex problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload.
• Self-motivated and hard-working individual who is goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with others.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
